ABOUT GIVE ME STRENGTH PT

Hi, I’m Sian, a 40 something, St Margaret’s  based  Personal Trainer with 10+ years experience and  two little people. Yes another mum PT.  So what’s different about Give Me Strength. 

Give Me Strength PT is about training for longevity, it’s about enabling women and men to feel body confidence and proud of what their bodies can do.   

If you aren’t really sure where to start  in the gym or haven’t found a form of exercise that you enjoy and empowers you.  We offer something .

I get to know my clients, and coach them on how to lift weights correctly to build muscle. I  focus on getting stronger rather than weight lose and as a result find clients tend to look and feel better.

Every program is unique to individual clients needs. For women, whether you’re  prenatal, postnatal, peri menopausal, Menopausal or  beyond, we will give you the knowledge, tools and confidence to find exercise you enjoy and help get some balance and healthy routine back in your life.

Getting Stronger Together   

5-6 weeks to a stronger you.These classes are for all levels.  We work on breathing, posture and connecting to your core before learning  to lift with the aim of progressing each week to get stronger and confident at lifting in a fun, safe environment.

You But Stronger  

Whether your goal is to lose body fat and change your body composition. Strengthen your postpartum tummy. Or prepare for a race or other sporting  event. We can create a tailored program to  focus on this and also find exercise you enjoy and can sustain .
